Katarina Majstorović Delivers Lecture as Part of the Academy of Innovative Entrepreneurship

On Saturday, 8 November, as part of the Academy of Innovative Entrepreneurship IV program, a lecture entitled “Business Operations: My Legal Security” was delivered by Katarina Majstorović, Managing Partner at Majstorović & Partners.

During the lecture, participants were introduced to key legal aspects of doing business, including contract formation, employment-related matters, and overall compliance with the applicable legal framework. Particular attention was given to business protection and intellectual property rights, as well as to state-supported opportunities available to entrepreneurs through tax incentives and subsidy schemes.

The lecture was conducted in an interactive format, with active participation from attendees who engaged in discussion and shared practical experiences from their day-to-day business activities. The importance of legal education for the secure and sustainable operation of small businesses was further underscored by the strong interest shown and the warm applause at the conclusion of the session.

The Academy of Innovative Entrepreneurship program is implemented by Kolping Society of Serbia, with the aim of fostering women’s entrepreneurship through the enhancement of knowledge, practical skills and professional networking among entrepreneurs in the Vojvodina region. The program is designed for both current and aspiring women entrepreneurs, with participation offered free of charge and a limited number of available places.
