Katarina is the managing partner of Majstorović & Partners and heads the Human Rights and Family & Inheritance Law practices. She is the third generation of lawyers in her family, whose tradition of advocacy actually reaches to the early 19th century.

Katarina specialises in arbitration, general commercial litigation and compliance follow-on litigation across a range of industries. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international corporate clients, startups and emerging companies on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on the TMT sector.

Katarina also helps clients on the emerging and growing risk area of business and human rights compliance with domestic and international law standards, including implementing policies and processes in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

She holds the license for defense of juvenile offenders and representation of juveniles as injured parties in criminal proceedings.

In her spare time, Katarina is passionate advanced open water swimmer, and she vigorously love to explore other extreme sports.
